Hi!! 🙂
How is it going guys! 😉
As a beauty enthusiast I love trying new face packs, scrubs, oils, masks…
So today I’m going to share a very simple DIY luxurious face and body scrub.
l made it to gift my friends..hope they like it 😀
I have named it Coco-Rose Scrub!
It is highly moisturizing as I’m using a non-drying exfoliator – White/Brown sugar crystals prevent moisture loss and gently buffs away dry, dead skin cells while a superior blend of precious oils nourish and moisturize.
This gentle, sugar-based face and body exfoliant hydrates the skin with virgin coconut oil and rose petals. It effortlessly melts onto the skin and helps it look brighter and more even textured revealing smoother and fresher skin.
Coco-Rose scrub gives your skin a subtle glow and fragrance that is neither too heavy nor too floral. It leaves skin silky soft and hydrated with a light scent of coconut and rose petals.
It’s Heaven in a jar!
To make Coco-Rose scrub all you need is..
- Rose petals – 1 cup
- Coconut oil – 2 tbs
- Brown sugar/ white sugar – 3/4th cup
- Rose essential oil/ rose essence – can skip
Any other oil that you are specially fond of or just skip!
Melt the coconut oil and add rose essence/oil. l have added a few drops of lavender oil as well.
Grind rose petals on a mortar pestle or use any mixer available to you..and of course wash them thoroughly first 😛
Add ground rose petals to the brown sugar (l have used finely granulated because I have a very sensitive skin).
Now put them in the jar and voila you have one awesome scrub!!!
I have used it on my face and it feels like baby’s bottom 😀 and smells like I’m out of a spa! Very relaxing and yummilicious 😀
P.S. You can also try Citrus oils which will help to brighten the skin and along with brown sugar it gives an iconic scent.
Xoxo

This is an incredible recipe. I have been looking for it since ages since all scrubs include honey or lemon and both are not suited on my face.
Thanks a million..
